Educate the Planet welcomes contact with the public and the media to promote the foundation’s activities, and its mission to provide better life and career opportunities for all.  

Public Affairs Activities

Educate the Planet maintains relationships with MPs, governments, public activists and representatives from a variety of industries to foster public policy decisions that enable people to develop their employability skills and financial capability.

In cooperation with a variety of universities, colleges, schools, academies, local and international business, Educate the Planet understands challenges that education systems face as well as competencies that people need to obtain in order to improve their lifestyle and career prospects.

With this in view, Educate the Planet adheres to policy and regulatory changes that enable it to:

  • Ensure quality learning for life and work for all people, irrespective of their destination country;
  • Provide opportunities for all people to qualify for jobs with good prospects, and eliminate barriers that hamper consistency of provision in this area;
  • Facilitate community involvement, including teaching staff, local and international businesses, as well as encourage everyone to realise a strategic role of their contribution.

In pursuit of these goals, Educate the Planet take part in a variety of public affairs activities, such as:

  • Meeting with Ministers and Members of Parliament to raise awareness across Educate the Planet activities aimed to increase reach and improve quality of global education;
  • Involvement in a variety of parliamentary inquiries;
  • Participation in political party meetings and conferences.
